Heat the pan over high heat, put the squeezed peanut oil, and then put the cut pork belly, and stir in the pan continuously until the moisture of the pork belly is removed, and the greasy surface of the meat is fried on the surface of the pork belly Oily, add 2 drops of vinegar, stir-fry rice wine immediately, add 3 grams of salt and stir-fry, add 10 grams of sugar, stir-fry and put the prepared seasoning bag, 100 grams of mushrooms, continue for a moment Stir-fry, add 100 grams of soy sauce, stir-fry until the sauce color is tightly hung on the surface of the meat, add boiling water, the soup should be wide, the fire should be reduced after boiling, slowly simmer for 40 minutes, add the brown rice prepared in advance , Continue to simmer for about 15 minutes.
