   Celery stalks can be used with seafood, meat, soy products, and fungi, but there are not many celery leaves that can be partnered. Because the leaves of celery are soft and soft, and the content of oxalic acid is high, it must be boiled and cooked. Then, celery leaves can only be paired with relatively small ingredients, such as minced meat, tofu, mushrooms and other foods.
