What drinks are affecting your sleep

  "Diet", drink first, then eat, you can see the importance of "drinking". The so-called "drinking" mainly includes drinking water, drinking tea, drinking alcohol and various beverages such as coffee, milk, juice, cola and so on.

  Sleep experts recommend:

   1. Adults need 8 glasses of water every day, 1 cup after getting up in the morning, 2 cups in the morning, 1 cup at noon, 2 cups in the afternoon, and 2 cups in the evening.

   2. Drink more green tea, fresh and elegant, indifferent and quiet, soothe tension, and drink creativity and wisdom.

  3. Try to control the intake of coffee, cola and carbonated drinks.

   4. One cup of milk in the morning and evening, supplement calcium and promote sleep.

   5. 1 cup of juice per day, supplement vitamins.

   6. The method of hypnotizing with alcohol is not advisable, because you will wake up early at night. Liquor should be strictly limited, 1 or 2 white wine, 2 or 2 red wine, it is not beneficial to drink more.

  Experience: Do not drink tea and coffee after dinner, and do not drink water 2 hours before going to bed, so as not to affect sleep.
