What's wrong with eating spinach and eggs

BY Berton Gladstone 2020-05-07

Just now a netizen left a message asking me "What is wrong with eating spinach and eggs? Especially is it harmful for children to eat?" I am often asked a similar question, what is wrong with eating eggs and milk together? What is wrong with soy milk and milk (or eggs)? What is wrong with milk and citrus? What is wrong with carrots and white radish? What is wrong with seafood and fruits? Cucumber and tomatoes What is bad about eating? What is bad about eating eggs and potatoes together... In recent years, a large number of such claims have been clamoring, and the truth is repeated when a lie is repeated thousands of times. These unreasonable, or far-fetched, or indiscriminate statements obviously run counter to the most basic nutritional principle of "food diversification."

Those who hold such claims do not do any experimental research, nor consult the literature, nor do they experience it personally, sitting on the ground and making up and making up, fooling the Chinese who are good at blindly believing. Some people rely on a pair of scissors to cut newspapers into "experts", and even write waiting books. What''s worse is that some people have a big mouth, and "create" various theories in full swing, which is extremely deceptive.

Many editors of newspapers, magazines, and the Internet are another important driving force for the spread of fallacies. They are enthusiastic about spreading these nonsense under the guise of a culture of mutualism. Neither verifies nor listens to more people''s opinions, and speaks out unscrupulously as "healthy new knowledge" such as "fever eating eggs will aggravate the illness", "gout don''t eat buns" "Life Tips" is shown to the audience. This fully revealed their ignorance of nutrition and life sciences.

According to my observation, one of the biggest characteristics of the Chinese public is that everyone who you say believes that anyone who sells (food) dares to buy it! They lack more than basic and common sense Nutrition knowledge, as well as the minimum scientific literacy-if there is no evidence to say that it is not enough to believe, don''t listen to believe in someone, one more doubt and one less obedience... Therefore, they are easily scorched, misled, fooled, and educated as a kind of nonsense believer.

I once participated in a nutrition conference, and the experts (many of whom I admire, but they are not well-known to the public) actually discussed such issues: through CPPCC members or the National People’s Congress Delegates, called on the government to come forward to stop those health experts who are making up. I have reason to believe that this is totally fantasy. It is impossible for the government to do more important things.

When will these increasingly popular mistakes cease? I can only hope that when a person is deceived 100 times, he will generally not be deceived for the 101st time.
