Discuss again what is junk food

   So far there is no uniform standard, but this does not prevent us from knowing junk food, because they are all around us. Junk food includes, but is not limited to, black processed, illegally added, toxic or potentially hazardous food. In fact, most junk foods are qualified, legal, and commonly consumed foods. They lack important nutrients, have low nutritional quality, and add many colors, spices, sweeteners, colorants, gums, thickeners, etc. Consumer''s senses.

  Since there is no unified standard, I will use my own standard to take ham sausage as an example to define what is junk food. I almost never eat ham sausages, because:

  ①I don’t want to eat nitrite, a small amount does not cause cancer nor eat; (hidden safety)

  ②I don’t want to eat pigment I am not interested in spices, artificial colors and fragrances; (security risks)

  ③I don’t want to eat glue, even if it is not made of broken leather shoes, I still think animal skin is more suitable for leather shoes; (security risks)

  ④I don’t want to eat chicken skin, water, internal organs, and I don’t know the so-called vegetable protein, so I pretend to be meaty; (low quality)

  ⑤The most important, they don’t have the nutrients I like , Such as protein, vitamins and minerals; (lack of nutrition)

  My standard for junk food is that from the shape to the taste, all tastes are simulated by artificial substances, so various food additives are available ; The quality of the main raw materials is low, and the second is better; the lack of important nutrients (of course, it is not at all, because you have some nutrients even if you eat a bite of mud). Eating this kind of food may fill your stomach, you may feel delicious, it may be convenient, you may save money, but you will not get better nutrition. In addition to ham sausages, (mostly) instant noodles, egg yolk pie and other pies, durian crisps and other crisps, potato chips, beverages, preserved fruit... all meet the above junk food standards.

   There must be someone who disagrees with the above standards and thinks I am too shocked. It does not matter, you can establish your own junk food standards to choose food. If you do not have your own standards, or simply deny the existence of junk food (think that all food is not junk food), then I will not agree.

  The next problem is that many experts say that junk food is eaten a few times occasionally. I agree with this statement. Junk food is not a poison, nor is it equivalent to toxic food, and occasionally eating will not cause any obvious consequences. However, we must first qualitatively know what is junk food, otherwise, it is easy to eat some kind of junk food for a long time, or often eat junk food 1, junk food 2, junk food 3... This is like saying that you have to have right and wrong concepts first, and then you can make occasional mistakes, which does not affect a happy life.

   Some people think that junk food is delicious and difficult to give up. In fact, what is delicious is largely determined by habits + personal feelings. If you find delicious food, others may find it disgusting and unpalatable. This phenomenon is not uncommon. Many times, you think junk food is delicious because you are used to eating, especially since childhood. I found that many young people grew up eating junk food, so it''s no wonder they strongly love the deliciousness of junk food. Therefore, I often strongly recommend that parents do not give junk food to their children, lest they get used to eating junk food and prefer it for life.
