   1. Reduce the consumption of edible oil, buy regular brands in large supermarkets, Edible oil with QS certification or organic certification. Never buy bulk cooking oil (by the way, most restaurants buy bulk cooking oil). Bulk edible oil (drain oil mixed with peanut oil, soybean oil, etc.) is the main channel for sales of drain oil.

   3. Don’t order deep-fried, over-oiled dishes when eating in a restaurant (By the way, most of the dishes in the restaurant are over-oiled, if not fried), Or refuse all oily dishes, including fried staple food, crispy noodles, etc.

   4.    5. If you eat in the canteen of the unit, please ask for the certificate (invoice) of the canteen to purchase edible oil, pay attention to and inspect the qualification, reputation and reliability of the supplier.
