Can daily exercise prevent cancer?

    Moderate exercise is recommended by scientists. According to research, walking for an hour a day can reduce the likelihood of colon cancer by 46%. The American Cancer Society recommends that people do moderate or slightly intense exercise for at least 60 minutes a day, and exercise more than five times a week. Ferri added that excessive obesity also increases the risk of cancer.
