How to make nourishing soup to adjust the body after surgery?

  Turtle has been a good nourishing and conditioning product since ancient times. It contains a variety of amino acids and rich minerals. Traditional Chinese medicine is commonly used to nourish Yin deficiency and recuperate after surgery. Cordyceps sinensis has the effect of nourishing yin and kidney, but the soft-shelled turtle has a salty and cold taste, which has a strong effect of tonifying blood circulation and dispersing stasis.

  Chongcao Huai Goose Stew Turtle

   Ingredients: Wild Turtle 750g, Cordyceps 10g, Huaishan 20g, Wolfberry 10g, One Chives Festival, 20g ginger slices.

  Seasoning: a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of chicken powder, a tablespoon of Huadiao wine, and 8 cups of broth.

  Practice:

   1. Soak Cordyceps sinensis, Huaishan, and Chinese wolfberry in fresh water for use.

   2. Put the turtle on the chopping board in reverse. When the turtle extends its head and tries to turn it over, quickly cut off its head.

   3. Boil the water in the pot, put the turtle on the colander and immerse it in boiling water. Use a spoon to scrape the thin film from the back and belly of the turtle.

   4. The turtle that scraped the film carefully cleaned the green film under the film on the body surface with scouring pad. Chop the soft-shelled turtle into large pieces of walnuts, blanched in boiling water and rinse.

  5. Put clear soup, cordyceps, Huaishan, wolfberry, spring onion, ginger slices and boiled soft-shelled turtle in the pot. After the fire is boiled, cook it into Huadiao wine. Slow cook for 2 hours.

   6. Just put salt and chicken powder before the pan.
