  Generally speaking:

  19-50 year old women should consume about 25g of cellulose per day;

  51 year old and above women are correspondingly less , 21g/d;

   men aged 19 to 50 years old have a daily fiber intake of 38g,

   men aged 51 and above have a daily intake of 30g.

  Recommended by nutrition experts: eat one packet of inulin per day = dietary fiber to prevent rectal cancer, and eat every belly.

   Brew in warm water and eat one sachet a day to replenish 10 grams of dietary fiber, plus dietary fiber in food can reach 25-30 grams a day.
