Why can't you eat more bread?

Female  34 years old 2018-06-23
I often buy some bread in the West Point store and go home for breakfast, but my friend said that this kind of bread should not be eaten. Why?

There are a lot of trans fatty acids in bread, because trans fatty acids can extend the shelf life of foods, and also increase the selling phase of foods, such as making bread more crispy, making biscuits more crispy, etc. But trans fatty acids not only have the risk of raising cholesterol levels in the blood, but also affect the body's normal metabolism, which tends to accumulate fat in the body.
