   Modern medical research has proved that kelp contains many nutrients and medicinal ingredients that are beneficial to human health. Consumption of kelp can help lower blood sugar, blood lipids and cholesterol, prevent arteriosclerosis, constipation, dementia and anti-aging, so the Japanese call kelp "longevity dishes." Chinese medicine believes that kelp has a slightly cold, non-toxic taste, and has the effects of softening and hardening, eliminating phlegm and asthma, diminishing swelling, removing fat and lowering blood pressure.

  Seaweed tofu soup

   Ingredients: 200 g tofu, 50 g kelp, suitable amount of salt and edible oil.

  Practice:

   1. Wash the kelp with water, wash it and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces.

   2. Cut the tofu into large pieces, put in a pot and add water to boil, remove and let cool, cut into small pieces.

   3. Put oil in the pot and heat it, then put tofu and kelp, add water to boil, then change to low heat, add salt, stew until the kelp and tofu are delicious to make.

   Tofu does not contain cholesterol. It is a medicinal food for patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Regular consumption of kelp tofu soup can help reduce the three high.

  Soybean kelp stewed pork ribs

  Materials: stick bone (bobbin bone), garlic clove, ginger, tempeh, kelp, soy beans.

  Practice:

  1. The bones are removed from the blood by boiling water, and the ginger is cut into small pieces.

   2. Put the bones, garlic cloves, ginger nuggets, tempeh, kelp, and soybeans into a pressure cooker, put two spoons of salt, add an appropriate amount of water, basically no more than kelp, and simmer for two or three minutes after exhaling. Turn to low heat and simmer for another seven or eight minutes.

   Soybean contains soybean saponin, which can control thrombocytopenia and thrombin fibrin formation caused by thrombin. It has antithrombotic effect. Regular consumption of soy bean kelp stewed ribs can prevent thrombosis.
