Eating soy products will not increase cholesterol levels. Soy products contain not only cholesterol, but also unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and other ingredients, which are beneficial to lower blood cholesterol and are suitable for obese and hyperlipidemia patients. Soy products contain soy isoflavones, which are beneficial to women's health.
