Eat green dishes in one stroke

  Most of the vegetables that my family eats are delivered by a friend from an organically grown farm in Zhuanghe (about 2 hours drive from Dalian). He has several greenhouses for growing vegetables, and after harvesting vegetables every weekend, he distributes them directly to customers'' homes. Since they are grown in greenhouses, they are not restricted by seasons and regions. They often plant some vegetables that I have never eaten before (it is estimated to be vegetables in the south). The intention is of course to adjust the varieties of vegetables. But how to cook these oily green (and deep purple deep purple) vegetables?

   Their delivery staff is not responsible for guiding the practices of these vegetables. It is said that there were cooking instructions, but considering that I am an expert in eating and a friend, I have never given instructions. At first, I was also very embarrassed. How about eating? Simply groping for it. Later, I found a simple way to cook these raw noodles-scrambled eggs.

  No matter what kind of green dish (the same as purple), blanch the water first, then change the knife to cut into medium-sized segments, and set aside. Remove the oil from the hot pot. When the oil is hot, add the whipped eggs (I usually don''t put salt, only put green onion). Add oil to the pan and heat it up. Scallions and pepper powder are added to the pan. Add the vegetables and stir fry. Add scrambled eggs and salt, chicken essence, ginger powder, or other seasonings you like, such as chili, in about half a minute. Fry for 1 or 2 minutes and eat out. I usually have fungus or something.

He said that his own experience is that as long as it is an unfamiliar green dish, it should be boiled until cooked, and then eaten with dipping sauce. I tried his method a few times. I have to say that some green dishes (the same with purple ones) are boiled and eaten with dipping sauce, it is really difficult to swallow. In comparison, I still like scrambled eggs with green vegetables.

  To tell the truth, because I don’t have the right to choose, I will eat whatever dishes he delivers. Dishes that you are familiar with and dishes you are not familiar with have to be cooked. The variety of vegetables on my table has increased virtually. If I can choose, like most people, I rarely choose vegetables that I am not familiar with and do not know how to do.

  Friend''s organic farm is not very big at the moment, but it is done vividly. Organically grown, no pesticides at all (he informed me in advance that if the pest is too severe, it will reduce the amount of distribution), harvested from the greenhouse and delivered directly to the door (sometimes, the vegetables he distributed to me are even mixed with soil)... .. These excellent selling points are very attractive. As the farm expands, I believe there will be more and more green or purple vegetables for scrambled eggs.
