   In the second step, the ribs are cut into small pieces (1~2 kg, the size is customized), and put in a hot water pot to "blaze". After about half a minute, the surface of the ribs can be removed.

   In the third step, the pork ribs are cooked with cold water, add the compound seasoning, boil on high heat, and simmer on medium heat. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes in an ordinary pot and 10 to 15 minutes for a pressure cooker. Take out ready to eat.

   1. I am generally willing to add large pieces of potatoes to the ribs, with a unique taste.

   2. Only use this kind of compound seasoning, other seasonings need not be added.

   3. Use a pressure cooker to save time.
