Which Chinese light meal is healthier

BY Berton Gladstone 2020-05-07

For a while, I often have to teach public dietitians after get off work, and often eat dinner outside the class (around 17:00). Time is in a hurry, so it is mainly Chinese light meals, and the price is about one or twenty yuan. Eat and eat, eat a lot of experience.

   1. In theory, traditional light meals such as dumplings, wontons, and steamed buns are the most conducive to nutrition, with food, vegetables, meat, wontons, and soup. But I almost never choose them. It''s not that I don''t like to eat, but I''m seriously worried about their fillings. Taking meat stuffing as an example, do you know to whom to sell leftover leftovers or fatty meat from meat stalls in the market? Basically they go to small and medium-sized restaurants, which are used for making stuffing, even washing is saved, consumption The person can''t eat anything strange. I have a student who opened the dumpling city, and the slogan she promoted was "Even the meat sellers come to my house to eat dumplings". The bad thing is that the dishes in the stuffing are not much better, even if you eat vegetarian stuffing, you may not be spared.

   2. I almost never eat all kinds of rice bowls and fried rice because of too much oil and low nutritional quality. What''s even worse is that the more you order vegetable rice bowls, the more oil you put. The oil is oily. Although it tastes good, it doesn''t dare to swallow.

   3. I never eat lunch, too dirty! First of all, the disposable lunch box is not qualified, not only dirty, but also contains toxic chemicals. And the problem of collocation is similar to the above rice bowl, mostly oily. You carefully observe the meat in those stir-fried dishes, which is not only fat, but also different in size and shape, obviously not good meat.

   4. Ramen, ribs noodles, beef noodles, knife noodles, etc., I occasionally eat a few times, but all in the case of eating more vegetables for lunch. These noodle fast foods are generally severely lacking in vegetables, and even vegetable noodles (such as tomato noodles) are difficult to eat enough vegetables. Moreover, there is often too much salt and fat in the soup, especially the Xi''an flavor noodles. The oily layer has less meat and more oil. Moreover, after eating noodles (may be my own problem, not universal), I always feel bitter in the mouth.

   5. I eat the rice noodles over the bridge a little more. As far as nutrition mix is concerned, I think it is very desirable, with food, a variety of vegetables, meat, soy products, and eggs, almost everything. Moreover, its raw materials remain "original", the quality is good or bad, whether it is clean and visible. More preferably, meat, beans or vegetables can be added according to the situation (my personal habit is to add an extra wakame or tofu skin) to make the nutrition more balanced. Soup base can also choose less oil and lighter type. However, the safety problems of rice noodles (adding "hanging white blocks", namely sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, whitening and improving stiffness) are often seen in the newspapers, and care must be taken to prevent them. Therefore, I would not have eaten any money rice noodles. I only chose one or two that I know better.

All in all, there are not many Chinese light meals that I can rest assured to choose. In comparison, I have eaten more light meals such as bibimbap (Korean), sushi (Japanese) or pilaf rice. Of course, these foreign monks are not without problems, not to mention many are localized. But looking at the stores I chose, at least it seems to make me feel at ease-this is just a personal impression, not necessarily universal.
