  ⑶ Drink milk in small quantities and multiple times

  ⑷Choose low lactose milk

  Currently there are milks with lactase added on the market, such as Yili Nutrition Shuhua Milk and Mengniu Xinyangdao Milk. Being broken down can avoid intolerance problems, and the price is not very expensive.
