Pork Bone Soup Mandarin Duck Egg Seedlings

   This is a new method of "hot pot" cooking. It introduces the method of making delicious soup, which can also be used in other rich dishes. You can use bean sprouts instead of cabbage.

  Serve size: 4 people Preparation time: 25 minutes

   Cooking time: preparation of thick soup 2 hours 05 minutes + 20 minutes

   Ingredients: chicken bone 450g, 450g pork bone, 50g ginger, 25g white pepper, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 250g vegetable seedlings, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sugar

  Method:

1. Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot, add chicken bones and pork bones and cook for 5 minutes, remove the drained water

   2. Refill 2 liters of water in the same pot, add the chicken bones and pork bones from the previous step, add ginger and white pepper grains, cover and cook on medium heat for 90 minutes, then change to high heat and burn for 30 minutes to make 500 ml of thick soup. Use soup to separate the residue and filter to get clear soup (standby).

  3. Isolate protein and egg yolk into 2 bowls

  4. Stir the protein and egg yolk separately

  5. Brush 8 Chinese spoons Oil

  6. Inject 4 oil-brushed spoons with egg whites and the other 4 with egg yolks

  7. Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot, put in a steam rack and put in spoons , Cover and steam for 5 minutes under water

  8. The egg liquid will form an egg cup, remove it from the spoon and set aside

  9. Boil 1 liter of water in a pot, put cabbage seedlings and bake 3 Take it out in minutes

  10. Put the cabbage seedlings from step 9 in a casserole, put the egg cups from step 8, and then pour 500 ml of the thick soup from step 2 with ½ teaspoon of salt and sugar Seasoning

  11. Place the casserole on the stove and boil it (about 3 minutes) to enjoy.
