Shabu lamb, eat meat "tender"

BY Berton Gladstone 2020-06-08

Family reunion with friends and friends will often go to eat a delicious hot pot shabu-shabu, which is both pleasant and atmosphere. People pay attention to taste when eating hot pot, but the base material is delicious, the seasoning is delicious, and the lamb slices need to be fine, thin and uniform. However, many people advocate eating "tenderness", thinking that the lamb slices that are cooked in seven to eight taste better. From the point of view of science and health, this kind of proposition is not the same. Because it is very easy to get trichinosis.

Trichinellosis is caused by Trichinella spiralis. Trichinella spiralis is spread all over the world and is often prevalent in animal groups such as pigs, sheep and dogs. Adults of Trichinella spiralis parasitize in the small intestine of sick animals, and larvae parasitize in diaphragm, tongue and muscle. After humans eat diseased animals containing live larvae, the larvae can develop into adults in the human intestine after about a week, and after mating with each other, a large number of larvae can be produced after 4-6 days. They penetrate the intestine and enter the blood, travel around the patient''s body, and eventually settle in the muscles, causing a series of symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever, headache, muscle pain, etc., especially the severe calf pain and restricted movement. If larvae enter the brain and spinal cord, they can also cause meningitis symptoms. It can be seen that when eating food, don''t forget to prevent disease. Shabu mutton is easy to eat bitter fruits if it is too tender. When eating pork meat, as long as you don’t eat too much meat once, do not eat uncooked pieces of meat, you can prevent the occurrence of trichinosis. The "tenderness" of shabu lamb is undesirable!
