   It is normal physiological phenomenon to wake up in the morning without appetite. The metabolic rate of the human body at night is reduced by 15% compared with that during the day. In addition, eating more at dinner, later, drinking more drinks, etc., will affect the appetite in the morning. Here are some methods, please refer to it.

   It is often said that having an appetite for breakfast after waking up early and exercising does make sense. Exercise will awaken sleeping cells and make them excited, which will help increase appetite.

   For those who are busy going out in the morning, taking a shower for three or two minutes will prompt the cells to be excited and increase their appetite.

   Get up early in the morning and drink a cup of boiled water that has a temperature difference from your body temperature (depending on your constitution, you can choose a temperature lower than the body temperature or a temperature higher than the body temperature). Stimulates the digestive tract, secretes large amounts of stomach acid, and increases appetite.

   Drink a small amount of fresh lemon bubble water. Citric acid stimulates the stomach, causing it to secrete a large amount of stomach acid for appetizing purposes. But this method is not suitable for people with poor gastrointestinal function.

  Supperly eat some dishes that are not conducive to digestion, especially if the child does not eat too much, it will relieve the sluggish appetite caused by the early morning. At night, the metabolic rate is reduced, the digestive function is weakened, and an improper diet will put a burden on the gastrointestinal tract, affect the quality of sleep, and also cause poor appetite for breakfast.
