In addition to the cooking oil in the dishes, there is also a lot of fat in fritters, fritters, some breads, biscuits, instant noodles, fried snacks (fries and chips), chocolate, fatty meat, fatty beef, fatty sheep, ribs. In addition, in terms of "contribution" to the belly, the effect of nuts is not inferior to cooking oil! Eating nuts easily increases belly.

  3. Refined grains (white rice, white buns, white noodles, white bread), after digestion and absorption, the blood sugar (glucose) rises quickly, stimulating a large amount of insulin secretion. Insulin promotes the conversion of glucose into fat in the liver, which is then exported from the liver to other parts for use or storage. Insulin seems to have a tendency to concentrate fat to the belly. In contrast, coarse grains (cereals, beans and whole wheat flour) have a weaker effect on stimulating insulin (under the premise of equal energy).

   4. Drinks and sweets, they contain a lot of sugar, so I don’t need to talk about it.

   If you want to eliminate your belly, you must eat as little or as little of the above four types of food. Although eating too much of any food will speed up the formation of the belly, these four types of food are the most important "suspects" and require strict supervision.

   To eliminate the belly, not only depends on eating, but also depends on physical activity (exercise). Physical activity is the key to consuming fat and turning it into CO2 and H2O, thereby reducing the belly. Exercise to reduce fat is common knowledge, but many people do not know how much exercise should be done.
