What can I do if I often lose my hair

  Cause of hair loss:

  In fact, hair growth originally has a cycle of growth and aging, and natural physiological hair loss occurs every day. But some hair loss is caused by pathological factors (such as chemotherapy). For young people, it is more common to have round baldness, also known as "ghost shaved head", which is a kind of pressure and emotion that causes a scalp and a block of hair to suddenly enter the end of growth and suddenly lose its light. In such cases, the hair can resume growth within three to five months after treatment.

  Hair loss is also related to nutrition. It has a lot to do with mental stress or sudden mental stimulation. You can check the blood for trace elements. Do not usually be in a state of mental stress.

   Excessive intake of vitamin A (such as liver vitamin A in various animals is very careful) can cause hair loss, and drugs for treating hair loss caused by hormone abnormalities can increase vitamin B12 (vitamin B12 is a very special vitamin ), almost completely not found in vegetables, only the requirements of laver and seaweed).

  Medicinal diet: 1 pork loin, Eucommia.

  Method:

   1. First cut the pork loin in half to remove the white thing in the middle. Then, the film on the outer layer of the pork loin is silked off and cleaned. Next, cut one side of the pork loin into three pieces.

   2. Clean the Eucommia ulmoides (purchased by a pharmacy).

   3. Take an appropriate amount of cleaned Eucommia ulmoides, wrap it in the middle of the cut pork loin, and tie it tightly with a thin thread.

   Then, put the wrapped pork loin into a bowl, add water and soak for two hours. Finally, steam the soaked pork loin with water for about 40 minutes and add the appropriate amount of salt. Ready to eat, once a week, usually one month to eat, it will be effective (with a head massage effect is better), try one first, even if it is not effective, there will be no harm.

   Of course, the diet and nutrition should be comprehensive. Eat more hard shell foods and black sesame seeds! Adequate sleep can promote normal metabolism of skin and hair, and the metabolic period is mainly at night, especially between 10 pm and 2 am. During this period of sufficient sleep, normal metabolism of hair can be made.
