  Infants and children grow rapidly and need more nutrients, but the food range is narrow. Some physiological phenomena during pregnancy, such as increased blood volume, early vomiting, etc., will cause a relatively low blood hemoglobin.

   Elderly people have poor teeth, poor digestive function, and chronic diseases, which can make the elderly have a monotonous diet, leading to nutritional anemia. For vegetarians, plant foods such as cereals, beans, vegetables and fruits are almost free of vitamin B12, and the iron in them is not easily absorbed, so vegetarians are prone to anemia due to iron deficiency and vitamin B12.

  Reasonable diet is the key
