Looking at the ingredient list of such foods, you will find that these things you eat can’t be defined by food!

   Example 1: The ingredient list is as follows: wheat flour, white sugar, eggs, refined vegetable oil, milk powder, cocoa butter substitute, cocoa powder, whey powder, oligosaccharides, glucose syrup, sorbitol, edible salt, edible Calcium carbonate, soybean lecithin (processed from genetically modified soybeans), leavening agent, emulsifier, thickener, sodium dehydroacetate, potassium sorbate, rum, food flavor, riboflavin, sodium metabisulfite, carmine , Comfrey, β-carotene, calcium propionate, antioxidants.

  A small pie, actually "synthesized" from 28 kinds of raw materials! In addition to the basic ingredients in 3 and 4, the remaining 24 or 5 kinds of raw materials are all additives! There are hydrogenated oils (including reverse Fatty acids, harmful to the cardiovascular system), sweeteners, preservatives, emulsifiers, leavening agents, flavors, colors, thickeners, antioxidants-this is simply a hodgepodge of food additives. We seem to be able to say that this is not to add "additives" to foods, but to add foods to "additives"! You think you are eating food, but you are actually eating "additives".

  The following is a list of ingredients for egg yolk pie: "Eggs, wheat flour, white granulated sugar, edible vegetable oil, shortening, food additives (emulsifier, sorbitol liquid, stabilizer, leavening agent, edible Spices, xanthan gum, gelatin, β-carotene), maltose syrup, oligomeric isomaltose, whole milk powder, cocoa powder, cheese powder, coffee powder, maltodextrin, soy protein, edible salt, edible alcohol". This variety of ingredients has 23 ingredients (this is only marked, is there any mark? I don’t know), which is similar to the above!

   It is not difficult to understand why I have been strongly discouraging my son Eat various pies. Even if more than 20 kinds of additives in these products are qualified and meet the standards, I still think that these "things" are harmful and useless.

   I must admit that these "pies" are very delicious, many people like to eat, the reason is very simple-I think-they are completely made according to the "tongue" (flavor) of people Yes! I believe that these products were developed in such a way: they can be adjusted with a variety of things, and finally find the favorite combination of human tongue! These products completely ignore the nutrition and health!

< p>  It would be a terrible thing to let “pie” such as “additive combinations” (I don’t agree to call them foods) made entirely based on human tongue (flavor).
