How to gain weight

   originally wanted to write about weight loss, but many friends asked how to gain weight, so I have this article and answer it together. After writing, I found that in fact, people who want to lose weight can also learn from it, that is, do not have the following habits that can make people fat.

   First, drink another bag of milk before going to bed every day;

   Second, eat more snacks during the day (recommended chocolate, biscuits, puffed food, pastries, sweets, fried);< /p>

   3. Use bread, biscuits, cakes, etc. instead of buns and rice;

   4. Eat more staple foods, meat, and less vegetables and fruits.

   Fifth, eat more solid food and less liquid food (such as porridge, noodles, soups, etc.);
