In fact, like many other diseases, "Economy Class Syndrome" is completely preventable and controllable. First of all, pay attention to drinking water when you travel long distances by plane, to avoid excessive blood viscosity; secondly, when the flight is stable, you can leave the seat, stand up and move your lower limbs properly, simple stepping, stretching and stretching will play a significant preventive role ;If you need to always fasten your seat belts, you can also properly practice the contraction and relaxation of the lower limb muscles on the seat, or move the ankle —— Flex the ankle to the maximum for 2 seconds, then relax, or rotate the ankle joint and repeat it several times per hour.
