    The sugar we need to quit refers to added sugars such as white sugar, brown sugar, sucrose, corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and saccharin. They have no nutritional value themselves, but are used to increase sweetness. Natural sugars such as fruits, vegetables, and milk are necessary for the human body. Only with these sugars can the body provide sufficient energy and nutrients to maintain a healthy life. Therefore, these natural sugars must not be quit.
