Animal liver contains iron, which is a relatively easy to absorb heme iron, which is more than ten times higher than plant foods. The body is prone to anemia when iron is deficient, and most of them will appear pale, cold hands and feet, weakness in limbs, dizziness and other symptoms. Therefore, it is still beneficial for patients with anemia to eat more animal livers.
