    It’s best to have a good lunch. Prepare a staple food: carbohydrates. Grapefruit-sized staple food such as whole grain bread, buns or noodles; three servings of vegetables: vitamins and cellulose. Mainly green vegetables, different colors are better, according to the different food intake of each person; a meat: fish is the first choice, followed by shrimp, chicken, beef, lamb, pork and other red meat. The size is the size of a business card. A fruit: preferably apple, or other seasonal fruits. A handful of nuts: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc., about 10 to 15 grains. Such lunch nutrition is more balanced.
