  Which gym you can walk into, there are almost no yoga classes, and you can learn more naturally, but the problem is that the level of coaching is bound to be uneven, so it may be up to the luck of the trainees . Some friends may say: "It doesn''t matter, it''s a big deal to change coaches." The key is that yoga itself is a very special sport, which seems to be "gentle". In fact, it exercises all aspects of the joints, ligaments, and muscles of the practitioner, and it is exceptional. Pay attention to step by step, and sports injuries can easily occur if you are careless. Maybe when the coach is found to be incompetent, it is too late, the injury has been cast, and the opportunity to "change" is lost.

  In the clinic, I often encounter barbells that “flash” and lower my waist; a shared locker spreads skin warts; playing badminton sprains the Achilles tendon; playing football causes the meniscus to rupture. As an orthopaedic physician, not only is it necessary to cure the disease, it is more important to help ordinary people prevent disease.
