  (1) Pay attention to the age when the child takes the vaccine: the second, third, and third after birth 4 full months, the age of the first serving of the sugar pill (note that each interval is 1 month).    (2) It must be served with cold boiling water: when taking it, the baby must crush the sugar pill with a spoon and dissolve it in cold boiling water. Older children can swallow it directly. Don''t use hot water to serve, because the hot boiling water can burn the attenuated live virus, and it will not achieve the desired immune effect.

   (3) Do not take breast milk: breast milk contains antibodies against viruses that can make sugar pills useless, so don’t take sugar pills just after breast milk is fed. Generally, it is best to take it 2 hours after breastfeeding. Sucking breast milk within 30 minutes after taking the sugar pill.

   (4) To be taken after vomiting: Some children have to retake after taking vomiting due to crying or taking sugar pills. Parents should watch children take all sugar pills.

  (5) Sugar pills need to be refrigerated: Sugar pills must be kept at low temperature. Store at minus 20℃, valid for 2 years; 2~10 Stored at ℃, the validity period is 5 months; stored at 20 ~ 22 ℃, valid for 10 days; can only be stored for 2 days at 30 ~ 32 ℃. If you cannot take it for special reasons, you must put the sugar pills in the refrigerator, but it is best to swallow the sugar pills immediately.

   (6) Master contraindications: those with immunodeficiency disease, leukemia, malignant tumors and those using immunosuppressive agents are prohibited. Patients with high fever, diarrhea, repeated severe infections and acute infectious diseases, and tuberculosis are temporarily suspended.

  Some people may have fever, headache, diarrhea and other conditions after vaccination. Occasionally a rash, usually recovers spontaneously after 2 to 3 days. Only a few serious adverse reactions are vaccine-related paralysis . Experts reminded that if you have fever, abnormally weak body, severe rickets, active tuberculosis and other serious diseases after vaccination, and you should suspend taking it 4 times a day.
