Spinach cannot be eaten with any food

Female  23 years old 2018-07-02
I like to eat stir-fried spinach. I recently learned that spinach has a contraindication. What specific food can't be eaten with?

Spinach has certain dietary contraindications, because spinach contains more oxalic acid, and when cooked with calcium-rich foods, it is easy to form calcium oxalate, which is not conducive to absorption by the human body and has adverse effects on the stomach.
