My favorite food is spicy food. I usually finish it and sleep late at night. Is this related to chili?

A few days ago, a study in Australia showed that after eating spicy food, the body temperature will rise during the first cycle of sleep, which will lead to a decrease in sleep quality. It can also cause a burning sensation in the stomach and indigestion, which can affect sleep.
