Is eating citrus good for the skin?

Male  29 years old 2018-07-02
My sister's skin is particularly good. Every time I ask her why her skin is so good, she said that she likes to eat citrus. Will this be true?

Citrus is rich in fruit acids and vitamins, which can help improve skin's oil secretion and promote skin's absorption of water. The rich carotene (provitamin A) content is second only to apricots and higher than other fruits. In addition, the organic acids contained in oranges can also enhance the skin's elasticity, and rubbing the face with orange peels every day can smooth the fine lines on the face.
