    No, only citrus fruits such as lemon, orange, tangerine, citrus, hawthorn, fresh dates, grapefruit and strawberries are rich in vitamin C, and the apples, pears, bananas, peaches, and watermelons that are usually eaten do not contain much vitamin C , Per 100 grams is mostly less than 10 mg, much lower than the vitamin C content in vegetables such as alfalfa (102), banana (93), shepherd's purse (68), pepper (50) and so on.
