Controlling your diet is a good way. Eating too much meals and ingesting polysaccharides may convert excess calories into fat storage in the body, thereby increasing the incidence of obesity and cardiovascular disease and increasing the risk of death. Therefore, eating only 7 or 8 full meals per meal, together with an appropriate diet, can reduce tissue damage caused by excessive blood sugar, reduce free radicals, and reduce the incidence of chronic diseases and cancer.
