Can the milk be basked in the sun?

Male  26 years old 2018-07-01
I saw in the advertisement that calcium supplements also require vitamin D supplementation, and sun exposure is a good way to take vitamin D. So I thought about putting bottled milk in the sun to expose to the sun. Is this good?

In fact, this is not worth the loss. Milk may get some vitamin D, but it loses vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C. Because these three nutrients will be broken down in the sun, so that some or all of them will be lost; moreover, lactose will be fermented in the sun, and the milk will deteriorate.
