I haven't always liked to eat vegetables, and I usually only buy fruits to eat. Is this diet healthy?

It is not advisable to eat only fruits but not vegetables. Fruits contain organic acids and aromatic substances, which play an important role in promoting appetite and helping the absorption of nutrients, and the fruits do not need to be cooked and there is no problem of nutrient loss. But the amount of minerals and vitamins contained in fruits is much smaller than that of vegetables. If you do not eat vegetables, fruit alone is definitely not enough to provide enough nutrients.
