It is often seen on TV that someone loses weight and eats only fruit, so can I also use fruit instead of dinner?

The human body needs a total of nearly 50 nutrients in order to maintain survival, in particular, it needs more than 65 grams of protein and more than 20 grams of fat per day to maintain the renewal and repair of tissues and organs. The fruit has a moisture content of 85% above, but the protein content is less than 1%, which contains almost no essential fatty acids, which is far from meeting the nutritional needs of the human body.
