Can milk and orange be eaten together?

I added orange juice directly when I was drinking milk this morning. Would you like it to go with it?

It is best not to eat orange juice and milk together. Normally, when milk enters the stomach and duodenum, the protein in it will combine with pepsin and trypsin, and then enter the small intestine. If you eat oranges immediately after drinking milk, the protein in the milk will first meet the fruit acid and vitamin C in the oranges and coagulate, which not only affects the digestion and absorption of milk, but also causes bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
