I don’t think drinking milk tastes good, so I’m going to add some orange juice to the milk. Can I add it like this?

Orange juice and milk will have a bad reaction when eaten together. Some people like to add orange juice and other acidic beverages to drink with milk, which is also inappropriate. Because the protein in milk 80% is casein, these proteins are easily aggregated and precipitated under acidic environment, which is not conducive to digestion, but also affects the absorption of its nutrients. In severe cases, it may cause indigestion and diarrhea .
