Are peas suitable for people with high blood sugar?

I think peas are vegetarian, and they are still vegetables. Should they be able to be eaten by patients with San Gao? Is there something wrong with my thinking?

This is the case. Although the pea is in the diet, its energy should not be underestimated. Every 100g of peas has 111kcal of calories and 21.2g of carbohydrates. From this, we can see that 1/5 of them are carbohydrates. Therefore, sugar friends are best not to use peas in the diet, or you can use other beans to replace, such as Dutch beans, green beans, lentils and so on.
