My daughter eats more picky foods, and now she grows thinner. I want her to take calcium supplements. Can you take kidney beans?

Often eating kidney beans can play a role in calcium supplementation. Each 100 grams of kidney beans with skin contains 349 milligrams of calcium, which is nearly twice that of soybeans. Using spiced kidney beans and plum beans as a snack or appetizer is a good way to add calcium.
