    Vitamin B2 deficiency can cause aphthous ulcers and other symptoms. The recommended daily intake of vitamin B2 is about 1.3 mg for men and 1.1 mg for women. Drinking 250 ml of milk every day can help supplement. Plant-based foods such as mushrooms, fungus, peanuts, sesame, and almonds are also rich in vitamin B2.
