I often eat candies. One candy can last for a long time. Will eating sweet chew for too long accelerate the aging of teeth?

Don't chew too long for sweet. Lactobacillus in the oral cavity can ferment sugar to produce acid, accelerate tooth aging, and the longer the time, the higher the degree of aging. Also, remember to rinse your mouth with white water after eating sweets.
