I am losing weight and do not know how to eat. What weight loss recipes are the most nutritious?

    If you want to lose weight, you can eat oatmeal with kiwi, bananas and other fruits for breakfast. As usual for lunch, eat more vegetables at dinner and don't eat carbohydrates. Can help you control your weight in the diet after proper exercise.
