I ate a lot of sugar yesterday, and I feel a bad headache when I wake up today. Does it cause headaches if I eat too much sugar?

Excessive fructose can cause headaches, because most migraines are caused by changes, such as changes in sleep and diet. When you eat too much sugar, the body needs to respond quickly to it, and the blood sugar level will suddenly peak and then fall into a trough. This change may cause headaches.
