We all like to eat fruits. Is it reliable to provide vitamins by fruits alone?

    Vitamin supplements with fruits are not enough. The vitamin C content of most fruits is not high, the content of other vitamins is even more limited. There are 13 kinds of vitamins from various foods. It is extremely unwise to rely on fruits to provide all the vitamins.
