As I get older, I want to know how diet can cope well with dementia?

    The general principle is not to eat red meat, white rice noodles, whole grains, green vegetables, various vegetables, fish, beans or tofu, and strawberries and blueberries. Normal snacks try to eat all nuts, and eat beans every other day. It will have a good effect on dementia for a long time.
