My mother wants to eat black beans together with whole grains such as whole grains, and is worried about the health. Can black beans be eaten with cereals?

Yes and very suitable. Black beans, like other legumes, are slightly lower in methionine. If they are combined with cereals, they can avoid the short-term effect of amino acids and make the protein biological potency higher.
