I usually seldom exercise. My boyfriend said that not exercising will cause Parkinson's disease. Is this known?

Parkinson's disease is another brain disease that is directly linked to no exercise. The incidence of Parkinson's disease is lower than that of Alzheimer's disease, which is about 1.7% if you do not exercise enough, the probability of occurrence will increase by 22%. When it comes to Parkinson, everyone can think of hand shaking. In fact, there are other problems, including not walking in a straight line, and not talking, even getting up from a chair is very troublesome.
